HOW TO START

If you need to become more familiar with what you want to achieve. Start by laying down the foundation. Start thinking about what skill you want to develop and what goal you want to achieve. Which craft do you want to master and what do you want as the output after you have completed those tasks for 6 months straight?

IF YOU ARE CONFUSED - FOLLOW THE IKIGAI METHOD

The Ikigai method is a Japanese concept that roughly translates to "reason for being" or "purpose in life." It's a framework used for finding fulfillment and satisfaction by aligning one's passions, values, talents, and societal needs. The Ikigai method involves four intersecting elements:

1. What you love:

This refers to your passion, the activities that you enjoy doing, and that bring you joy and fulfillment. It's about identifying what you're genuinely passionate about.

2. What you are good at:

This refers to your skills, talents, and strengths. It involves recognizing what you excel at and what comes naturally to you.

3. What the world needs:

This relates to identifying the needs of society or the world at large. It's about understanding what you can contribute to make a positive impact and fulfill a need in your community or beyond.

4. What you can be paid for:

This refers to identifying monetization opportunities. It's about finding a way to sustain yourself financially while pursuing your passion and contributing to society.

The Ikigai method suggests that the intersection of these four elements is where one can find their sense of purpose and fulfillment. By finding the balance between what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for, you can discover your ikigai and lead a more meaningful and purposeful life.

HOW TO MAKE A ROUTINE AROUND IT

Follow the fundamentals

  • Wake up early

  • Meditate and preach daily (Will only take 15 minutes)

  • Exercise daily 1:30 hrs

  • Focus on the skill that you have decided for yourself

You have 24 hours in a day

Even if you sleep for 8 hours, study or work for 9 hours then also YOU CAN  focus on that one skill for just 3 hours of your day then also you can spare 4 hours a day.

WHAT YOU LACK

You only lack the key concept of focus. You don’t think you have what it takes to change your life around. You don’t have what it takes to be better than 99% of the people out there. I am not telling you to work 12 hours a day or just do one thing the whole day, but if you can just get out there and focus for 3 hours then I promise you that you will be able to change your life in 6 months.

HOW TO TRACK YOURSELF

Tracking your daily activity for three hours over the next six months can be achieved effectively using various methods. Here are some suggestions:

1. Activity Log/Tracker App: Use a dedicated activity log or tracker app to record the time you spend on your focused activity each day. Apps like Toggl, RescueTime, or Clockify allow you to create projects or tasks and track the time spent on them. Set up a specific project for your skill development activity and log your hours daily.

2. Time Blocking: Incorporate time blocking into your daily schedule to allocate a dedicated block of time for your focused activity. Use a digital calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook) or a physical planner to schedule a consistent time slot for your skill development every day. At the end of each session, mark the duration of time spent on the activity.

3. Journaling: Keep a daily journal where you record your activities, thoughts, and progress. Create a section specifically for your skill development activity and jot down the start and end times of each session. Include any observations, insights, or challenges you encountered during the practice.

4. Spreadsheets: Create a simple spreadsheet using software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to track your daily progress. Set up columns for the date, start time, end time, and duration of each session. At the end of the day, input the relevant information into the spreadsheet to monitor your consistency and progress over time.

5. Habit Tracking AppS: Utilize habit tracking apps like Habitica, HabitBull, or Streaks to monitor your daily commitment to the focused activity. Create a habit specifically for your skill development and mark it off each day after completing your three-hour session. These apps often provide visual representations of your progress, which can be motivating.

6. Weekly/Monthly Review: Set aside time each week or month to review your progress and reflect on your efforts. Evaluate the consistency of your practice, identify any patterns or trends, and adjust your approach as needed to optimize your learning and development.

Whichever method you choose, the key is consistency and diligence in tracking your daily activity. Regularly reviewing your progress will help you stay accountable, maintain motivation, and make any necessary adjustments to achieve your goals over the next six months.
