You need to understand

It is you who is controlling your life, You are the one who is taking all the actions and decisions for whatever is happening. Let us say that your problems are there for a reason and that reason is your destiny. Which is trying to make you better. You can not control your fate but you can control what actions you take.

If you have an answer which lets you sleep at night, good for you. Else you just need to get up and start doing something.

The fact is that you are in your comfort size and daily you are trying to tell yourself that you will get out but you never do. You think that watching all these reels will give you the motivation to work on yourself but you end up doing the same thing again and again. The fact is that until and unless you prepare your mind to get out of your comfort zone, to make some sacrifices to learn new things, you will be stuck where you are for your whole life and there is no point in getting stuck there.

Step 1

Take this to tell yourself that you will get out of your comfort zone.

I want you to make a list of things that you might wat in the next 5 years or 10 years. After you have made that list make a list of things you have to do to get to that point.

It seems pretty easy right, when I said that you need to make a list of things you want suddenly a whole bunch of pictures came up in your mind and now you have realized that yes you want those things. Now ask yourself what are you doing to achieve those goals. Nothing obviously. But it’s okay at least you know where to get to.

Step 2

Make a list of things you might have to give up in order to build new habits.

For example, eating junk food to build a good body in the next 6 months or quitting vaping and trying to stay fir. You can make a list of goals that you want to achieve financially, or mentally and then write things that you might have to sacrifice.

You might have to sacrifice meeting your friends, playing video games, scrolling reels, eating junk food, wasting your time on useless activities.

Step 3

After you have made a list of things which you will have to sacrifice understand how much time you have left. I am pretty sure you have 4-8 hours spare with you.

Now make a list of things which you are going to do in those 4-8 hours. It could be learning a new skill such as marketing, editing, or could be going to the gym or it could reading a book. Anything which is related to getting close to your dreams and getting better at something can be included in it.

I am not saying it is easy.

It is not easy but it will not be harder than the life you will life if you keep staying in your comfort zone. I want you to build certain habits, I want you to learn skills which will help you make money and not just stay where you are.

We are endlessly scrolling reels the whole day, we think whatever will happen it’s gonna happen, but we don’t thing twice. We have to make ourselves understand that our actions have consequences. If we don’t try to do what we really want to, if we don’t find our true purpose somebody else will employ us to find their own. We have to move on our own in the future so why not be the change you want to look for?
